Led by Stitchery Founder Cassandra Belanger, this 4-week workshop is designed to give you a comprehensive introduction to the wonderful world of sewing and equip you with foundational skills that can be applied to a range of projects.

Learn how to use a sewing machine; discover different fabric types and terminology; practice stitches and seams, seam finishes, topstitching, hems, buttonholes, and zippers. Then harness your new found skills to create something special from a selection of mini projects including a tote bag, cushion cover, or make-up purse.

This is the perfect introductory course that leads into an optional second block that expands your sewing skills to include making clothes!
